Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. For your convenience we offer drop-off appointments. Simply call and arrange the time you would like to drop off your pet and after an examination, the doctor will call with recommendations. |

Payment Policy We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, cash and personal checks. Subject to approval, we do offer 6 months no interest financing through Personal Finance Company. Contact us for for information. |

Patient Arrival Policy For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. |

Boarding/ Hospitalization Policy All animals staying in our facility must be up to date on vaccines and free of internal and external parasites (fleas, ticks, worms, etc.) or they will be treated upon entry at the owner's expense. Pets are released only during regular business hours. If an owner neglects to pick up a pet or to call within five days of the designated pick up date we must assume that the pet is abandoned and make appropriate arrangements. |

Rabies Vaccintaion Policy By law, the state of Illinois requires that all dogs must be vaccinated for rabies and registered with the county in which they reside. Rabies vaccines may only be administered by a licensed veterinarian. |
